Not just a company, but an experience. Being a technician and climbing up in experience to c-suite level, I noticed a core value of mine that launched me to create a MSP that gives MORE services for LESS money. As I learned the industry and the rates, I felt that the work done on the MSP end was, as it is in most cases, what it should be. The pricing was off.  WAY OFF. I learned human psychology states a high cost product is assumed to be the best. Like when you go to a mechanic and he knows an oil change is simple. Yet still, charges you more then the actual labor cost/hours. You feel good driving out though.

We want to see you grow and succeed so your staff rarely has I.T. issues, but may just come off as a I.T. tech if they so choose.  We train as we serve.

WE DON'T HIDE OUR PRICES!!

We have nothing to hide. In fact, shop around. After several meetings when they get to the price that's when you'll understand what I always love to quote "Talking the talk, or walking the walk." When I was an I.T. Manager picking out MSP's I would have them say they can deliver everything you want, then when the contract is signed, it is then brought up in onboarding, being a new customer I hope you don't expect a lot as we transition to get to know what your organization needs. This did not sound like the standard of tech I held my peers or myself to when I was relied upon for a solution.
